What happens to my Tech when you've received it?

Once we receive your order, the parcel will undergo a brief visual inspection during unboxing. It'll then be sent off to our quality assessment technicians who will check the item for physical damage as well as extensively test the general functionality according to the condition you selected. 

If accepted, your payment will be processed at the original price.

If our quality assessment technicians find the device to be in a different condition than what you described, then we'll offer you a revised price. We'll contact you by email with a revised offer and you'll have 14 days to either accept or decline it.

If you do not respond within 14 days, the item will be paid for at the reduced price offered. 

If you wish to decline, your device will be returned free of charge.
