What happens to my Tech when you've received it?

Once we receive your order, the parcel will undergo a brief visual inspection. It'll then be sent off to our quality assessment technicians who will check the item for physical damage as well as extensively test the general functionality according to the condition you selected. 

If accepted, your payment will be processed at the original price.

If our quality assessment technicians find the device to be in a different condition to what you stated, then we'll offer you a revised price. We'll contact you by email with a revised offer and you'll have 14 days to either accept or decline it.
