The Kiosk has frozen with my device inside, what should I do?
If the kiosk has frozen, and your device is stuck inside, please contact our Customer Service Team via phone call. Please do not leave the Kiosk unless our team advise you to do so.
Your SMARTDrop kiosk has a telephone number listed in the 'Help' section found in the top-right hand corner of the kiosk screen.
Our team can then advise you of the next steps to take, and the status of the Kiosk and the order.
The SMARTDrop Kiosk is offline, what do I do?
If the Kiosk is offline, we would first recommend checking that it is within the opening times for our SMARTDrop Kiosk. This can be viewed on our website here.
If you are within the Opening Times, and the Kiosk is still showing as offline, or "Sleeping". We would recommend contacting our Customer Service Team.
They will be able to advise if the Kiosk is currently undergoing maintenance, or if they can reboot this to allow you to process your order. Your SMARTDrop kiosk has a telephone number listed in the 'Help' section found in the top-right hand corner of the kiosk screen.
If the Kiosk is undergoing maintenance, and currently unavailable, we would recommend coming back at a different time, or checking where the closest alternative Kiosk is for you.

I have another issue that isn't listed
If you run into a problem whilst trying to use our SMARTDrop kiosk that isn't listed above, please follow the below steps so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible:
1. If you're at the kiosk, please call our dedicated Customer Service* team. Your SMARTDrop kiosk has a telephone number listed in the 'Help' section found in the top-right hand corner of the kiosk screen.
2. If you're not at the kiosk, please get in touch with us. When contacting us, please provide us with the following details:
- Your device's IMEI number.
- Your order number
- SMARTDrop kiosk details (location + date and time)
- Small description of the error encountered
