The courier didn't arrive. What can I do?

If your courier did not arrive on the date you had selected, there is no need to worry. You can easily reschedule your delivery by following a few simple steps. This process is designed to be straightforward, ensuring that you can have your items delivered at a more convenient time without any hassle.

Step-by-Step Guide to Re-Book Your Free Courier:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account.
  2. Got to My Selling Orders.
  3. Select the order to reschedule.
  4. Click "Re-book a Courier".
  5. Select a collection date; the courier will arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM.
  6. Indicate if you'll be home for a collection or if you'd like to leave it in a safe place.
  7. Click "Rebook Collection" to confirm.

Important Information

Each BOX must have a unique label with its own correct tracking reference. 

Do not reuse labels.
