If you're selling a phone, tablet or iPod, you don't need to send the charger, accessories or original box, and your valuation won't be affected.
When are accessories required?
For some devices, accessories or power supplies may be required as part of the condition criteria. If this applies, it will be clearly stated in the device's:
- Excellent condition description
- Good condition description
- Poor condition description
What happens if a required accessory is missing?
When creating your order, you should select the condition that accurately reflects the device and any missing accessories.
For example, if you're selling an Apple TV and the required power supply or remote control is missing, you may need to select Poor condition.
If a device is sent without accessories that are required for the selected condition, we may provide a revised offer following assessment.
